The very first spec script Mark wrote, a comedy called Best Wishes, was optioned by producer Sean Cunningham (Friday the 13th franchise). Since then, he has written a number of specs, 5 of which have been optioned – including one by HBO when he was a writer/producer there – making him the first and only staffer to have an original work developed by the company.
He currently has two scripts in development with producer Judy Fox (the Krampus series):
