Cinemax was featuring five of the legendary director’s films (including one of my personal favorites, The Anderson Tapes), so it was a snap to line Mr. Lumet up for an interview. We thought we had a 1/2 day with him, but as we were setting up he halved it to two hours. Okay… Sidney was sharp and smart and answered all my questions. It was an honor to sit down with him.
