Hot off my doing DVD docs on Halloweens 1, 4 and 5 for Anchor Bay, Monsters HD hired me to put together an exclusive HD documentary about the series and the men who played “Michael”. This docu featured interviews with EVERY actor who had played Michael up to 2007 – including the guy who was “unmasked” in ONE scene in the original film! Since I couldn’t get a dedicated edit room, I built the entire 20 minute piece on an external hard drive (thank you, Seagate!!!) which somehow didn’t crash. I had multiple editors, but the amazing Shelly Fink really rocked it. It was a pleasure to work with the awesome Jason Bylan, Greg Heim and Dave Sehring at Monsters HD. Best of all, this docu was released theatrically as part of a Halloween double-feature in over 200 digital cinemas across the country.
